Or they might have weathered many storms together and each of them has their own safe place where they can play to their strengths? Where is your team at this moment? Each of my team packages is available for one country, the entire Central and Eastern European region or German-speaking countries.

The team

The aim
Let everyone arrive – truly and fully! Be clear about what tasks there are on the ship, who does what, and how members work together as a crew. They should also know where the sea leads them.

    Package 2 "Prepare to set sail!"

    The team
    The crew already knows each other, everyone feels at home on board. But they have different ideas about the rules on board, and it is still unclear who has which strengths and skills. It’s dangerous to sail like this!

    The aim
    The team grows together. Everyone learns to accept each other’s strengths and weaknesses, and to understand that they can only raise the sails if everyone pulls together. It is important that they learn strategies to manage their conflicts constructively.

    The team
    This team has sailed together in wind and sunshine, beating strong storms and exploring new shores. Everyone knows and respects each other, each has their place in the crew, supported by their strengths.

    The aim
    The team is led by routine – but now they want more. They want more daring manoeuvres, more speed. Other times, they want a little anchorage: they want to celebrate. Not only success, but they also want to see off those setting off on new journeys.
    This way they can take most of their experience and know-how with them on their next trip.

    • Together, we look back on the important stages of the journey
    • We learn from our experiences and gain important insights into our own personalities and our role within the group

    • After a successful turn, everyone knows what daring manoeuvres the team is capable of
